Which payment methods can I use?

What you can pay with

You can pay for an order with a credit or debit card, with PayPal, or from your Klic n Send wallet balance.

Cards

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's own secure fields and are never held on our servers.

You can save a card when you pay and reuse it afterwards, and you can manage your saved cards under Billing, in Payment Methods.

PayPal

Paying with PayPal takes you to PayPal to approve the payment and returns you here once it is complete.

Wallet balance

Your wallet holds any credit you have topped up, plus any money refunded to you. You can pay for an order from that balance without entering a payment method.

If a shipment is refunded, the money goes back to your wallet by default so it can be spent again straight away. Where a refund came from a payment you made by card or PayPal, you can also send it back to the original payment method from your wallet history.

Backup payment method

You can nominate a backup payment method under Billing. It is used if your main method is declined, so a shipment is not held up by an expired card.
